Ailing Sen. Ted Kennedy Requests Speedy Process to Name His Replacement

Who gives a sh*t if douche Kerry gets the seat. Mitt Romney will be president in 2012, he leads all polls as the top contender to win. And Obama and his cronies are just making it easier and easier to make that a reality. I'm pretty sure after Obamas first term the senate will again swing back to Republican majority. So even if this moron does get re-elected his Socialist agenda will be tripped up by the senate.

I hope it works out that either Romney get's the white house or Republicans get back control of the house because having a democrat president and house is too much power for one party. As we are seeing it's an open door of endless spending, taxes, and laws, bills, and bailouts that the majority public doesn't want but will be forced to take it because there is nobody to oppose them.

I believe you misread something here. Kerry came into the story because the law was changed in 2004 to keep his Senate seat occupied by a Democrat if he won the Presidential election.
