It's a true story, defiantly in Ohio.
I think Ohio is such a battle ground because it's such a cluster @!#$ of politics.
The Dem's will say something that's the republicans stance. But their record
shows the opposite. The republicans, are quite literally this year, or rather last year
are criminals. Between that and Bush's approval rating, it will be a miracle if a
republican actually one, and it wouldn't matter if they were pro aborting, gay marriage
loving, tree hugging, stem cell researching, democratic nut swingers, it just comes
down to that letter "R" or "D" beside there name on the ballot machine. Sad really,
people can't think for themselves. Not that people should vote republican or democrat,
but that they vote that blindly.
I did. I really only went for one race, and the guy I voted for lost (of course), but at least I can say I went.
Voted last week. Go Kinky. He's gonna lose
PA had a lot of victories
Those who voted themselves the astronomically outrageous payraise were all put out I believe, our republican Senator (who the news said was the third most powerful senator in the country) LOST to Casey (dem), Republican nominee (and Bush nutswinger) Lynn Swann lost to long standing Dem Rendell,... tons of victories all around. The ONLY candidate I voted for that didn't win was Phil Avillo (Dem), which lost to Rep Bush nutswinger Todd Platts (who's used PA taxpayer money to pay for his children to go to school in Virginia, and who's actual "home" is in Virginia).
Pennsylvania was highly successful in sending a powerful message to congress that we want change. Hopefully, they listen. (I'm not holding my breath).
So yes... I voted. I'm registered as an independant, because I was told by the dude at the DMV when he asked if I wanted to update/change my voters card, that if I was registered Dem I had to vote Dem in the preliminaries or something. Honestly, I don't care if the candidate is Republican, Dem, Green, whatever... I vote for the guy that has the best ideas, and isn't attatched to Bush's private parts.
I voted. All my choices won, too.

My main choice is still pending, although the fascist Reichart is winning with a slight margin, with only 33% of the precints reporting.
The rest of mine seem to be doing well, but in my district, it's the yokels in Pierce County that seem to be voting for him
