I just think that this is WAYYYYYYY too much of a divisive issue and my own opinions are kinda complex on the whole thing. However, I am offering y'all the chance to vent a little if you want. I was curious about people's views.
One is a blow hard moron who espouses foolish, greedy and disruptive political ideas which exposes Americans to ever increasing dangers from extremist factions both religious and idealist...
And the other is a big fat idiot.

Fox used his condition for political gain, not his but for a candidate. That makes it fair game. It was in poor taste to mock him but it's still fair game.
MJ Fox uses his his condition to raise money for research and awareness about his condition. IF a republican had been adovcating on behalf of stem-cell research, I'm pretty sure they'd get a nod from Fox and his Foundation.
People like Rush Limbaugh would rather pretend that it's not important enough to use the materials at hand to actually help cure neuro-degenerative diseases. Which is fine until he's caught in the throes of Alzheimers or Parkinson's diseases. I'm just astounded that people would be so short-sighted, and so willful in their myopia.

You all really need to watch the video I posted. In it, Keith Olbermann points out that Fox did a similar ad for Republican Arlen Specter in 2004, yet Limbaugh didn't say anything about that.
