Anybody know if the supercharger for the 2.4 that gm performance parts sells will bolt on a 2.2, or what mods might need to be done to make this happen?

If you take a close look at the GM Performance Parts Cataloge you will see that there is a supercharger for the 2.2l ecotecs. There are two different part numbers listed below:
Part # 17803229
For 03-05 Ectotec powered Cavaliers and Pontiac Sunfires. This kit upgrades power to 200hp (up from stock 145hp). Kit includes a supercharger, all necessary hardware, brackets, gaskets, and specific E.O. performance engine calibration. Premium fuel required.
Part # 12584331
This is for the supercharge only. All other parts and brakets must be purchased serperately.

GM Performance Parts Roots-Type supecharger systems are factory engineered and extensively tested to meet the same rigorous standards of GM's production vehicles and components. The supercharger systems are covered under the vechile's warranty IF installation is performed by a GM dealer. For the do-it-yourself installer, the parts are covered by a 12 month warranty.
