as high as I have today, they are $2.49 for unleaded, I have never ever seen it that high before.

eh it happens we still pay a great deal less tha nthe whole world......... in europe they charge around 6 american dollars pergallan........ i bet you say what gives they are closer to the middle east......... it's because they dont want you to drive they want you to use mass transit.........
Yes the gas prices are high but you have to realize that just because there is a drop in the price of the barrel it does not mean that is the same barrel that is at the pumps. I think the drop in price yesterday will show for the prices in August as I know they are trading for oil for use in late August/Sept now.

I've been tracking gas prices each time I fill the tank in my car. I go to the same gas station, fill up every 4-7 days depending on how much extra driving I end up doing.
Started this tracking on March 17 when gas was 2.159 / gal.
Currently it is 2.459 / gal (as of July 7). The highest price so far was 2.499 on 4-19 & 4-27
It slipped back to 2.479 on 4-23...

$45 last tank up here. Somehow exchange almost makes it worth it to go to upstate NY with 4-5 55 gal drums and top them up...

The GTP can take of $60 worth of premium no problem, and the truck... well I don't even wan to get into that right now. Hopefully the prices will be down before winter or I won't even be able to afford to drive the truck this year.

Oil prices will be close to 80 a barrel by the end of this year, thats the road we're on, think im crazy, your the one thats too narrow to see whats already happening, the age of cheap gas is long over and its only uphill from here till it becomes too expensive to use we might have 5 more years of affordable gas left at best

When I was working graveyards in May-June it was going from 89.9 cents a litre to 99.9-103.9 from when I got to work at 11pm to when I left at 7am so I always find ur best to fill up at night or else u get the shaft plus in the lower mainland they have a 6.5 cent tax that people in abbostford don't have so if u wanna make the extra 15 minute trip from my house it gets even cheaper but then again u gotta take the half an hour to 45 minutes to drive out there and back so we are all gonna be forking out lot f cash but hey we still have it cheap compared to some places and we probably use the most gas with our SUVs.
